Supplier Principles and Requirements
Güller AG is committed to responsible, ethical and sustainable business conduct. We expect our suppliers and subcontractors to share these fundamental principles and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Human Rights and Working Conditions
Our suppliers and subcontractors are expected to:
- respect internationally recognized human rights;
- prohibit child labor, forced labor, modern slavery and human trafficking;
- treat employees fairly and with respect and prevent discrimination and harassment;
- comply with applicable requirements regarding wages, working hours and employee rights;
- respect freedom of association in accordance with applicable local laws;
- provide a safe and healthy working environment.
Environmental Responsibility
Suppliers are expected to comply with applicable environmental laws and regulations and to act responsibly regarding environmental protection.
We encourage our suppliers to minimize waste, use energy and resources efficiently, properly handle and dispose of hazardous substances and continuously seek reasonable opportunities to reduce their environmental impact.
Business Ethics and Integrity
Güller AG expects its suppliers to conduct business ethically and in compliance with applicable laws. Bribery, corruption, fraud and other unethical business practices are not tolerated.
Applicable requirements concerning sanctions, export controls, restricted substances and responsible sourcing must be respected.
Responsible Supply Chain
We expect our suppliers to apply these fundamental principles within their own operations and, where appropriate, to their supply chain.
If Güller AG becomes aware of a significant violation of these principles, we expect the supplier concerned to cooperate in clarifying the matter and implementing appropriate corrective actions. Serious or unresolved violations may result in termination of the business relationship.
These requirements form part of Güller AG's principles for the selection and evaluation of suppliers and business partners.
